Fingerprint Access: The Boulevard features fingerprint scanners at entrances and throughout the building for enhanced security and controlled access. 

We offer the following security deposit/security deposit alternative(s):  

If you add a guarantor to your lease who meets all criteria, then you will not have to pay a security deposit.  

If you are able to meet the requirements to self-qualify, you will pay a reduced refundable security deposit. If you do not want to pay the security deposit in one single payment, you can pay a reduced non-refundable security deposit alternative, which is billed in monthly installments.  

If you neither add a qualified guarantor, nor self-qualify, you will have to pay a refundable security deposit equal in value to 2x your monthly base rent. We also offer the option to pay a reduced non-refundable security deposit alternative, which is billed in monthly installments.  

Your security deposit payment or enrollment in the security deposit alternative (if applicable) should be received by the 1st day of the month your lease starts. 
 

Please follow all signage to ensure guest vehicles are properly registered. 

*Non-refundable security deposit substitute may only be available if the monthly Base Rent exceeds a specified threshold, as determined by Homebody Insurance Agency, LLC (NPN 15138291).* 

Parking for residents is free! Residents may register one vehicle per lease and will receive a parking decal to be displayed on their vehicle's windshield. Parking is unassigned and available on a first come first served basis.  

Scooters and Motorcycles do not require parking decals. Covered parking is available for a fee and must be purchased through the leasing office. Please contact the leasing office for pricing and availability. ​
